Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day money-back guarantee, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Ground Boost does not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note that we do NOT provide FREE return labels. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping costs when returning the ordered item.
If the order is returned after 14 days from delivery, half of the price will be deducted from the total paid amount.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept packages returned with cash on delivery. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
**STARTING A RETURN**
If you would like to start a return, please contact us at support@aardingswellness.nl. Once we have confirmed your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item(s) back to us. Please note that we cannot accept returned items without prior approval.

**WRONG ORDER DELIVERED**
If you have received the wrong item, you must inform us via email at support@aardingswellness.nl within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If the error is not reported within the specified timeframe, no replacement or new shipment will be offered.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within seven working days after receiving the returned package. Please allow for institutional processing times.
**COSTS**
The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
**DAMAGES AND DEFECTS**
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can address the issue promptly and correct it.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn and unwashed, free of stains (including makeup), pet hair, and strong odours (such as perfume or deodorant), and all original product tags must be attached.
If you receive a defective item, report this within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@aardingswellness.nl. If you do not report the defect within this timeframe, this may result in you not receiving a refund.
**RESENDING FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS**
We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that, despite our efforts to ensure quality, a product may sometimes be defective. In such cases, we are happy to resend the product free of charge.
- If you discover that your product is defective after 30 days from the delivery date, we can offer a free new shipment of the same product. However, please note that we cannot provide a refund for defective products after the initial 30-day period.
- To qualify for a free reshipment, you must notify us of the defect within 30 days of the delivery date. We may ask for proof of the defect, such as photos or videos.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will ensure the same product is reshipped free of charge. The reshipment will be processed as quickly as possible, but it may take some time for the replacement product to be delivered.
- Please note that if you choose to use the defective product after the initial 30-day period, this may affect your eligibility for a free reshipment. Additionally, we cannot offer a new shipment for defects caused by misuse or accidental damage.

**EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS**
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalised items, and personal care items like cosmetics.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the suitability of your specific item for return, please feel free to contact us.
**CANCELLATIONS**
To ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once we have accepted the return, we will process a new order number for the correct product. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of €6.60 to cover the exchange costs.
**REFUNDS**
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
- Please note that if you request a refund without returning the product, we cannot process the refund. If you receive a damaged item, send us a video or photo to request a replacement item at no additional cost.
- In the event that an item is delivered but not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we cannot offer a full refund, as we rely on the information provided at checkout. However, we can offer a replacement item with a secure shipping address for a fee of €7.70 for administrative and shipping costs.
- In the event that an item is marked as delivered, but the intended recipient has not received it, we regret to inform you that a full cash refund is not possible. However, we do offer the option to reship the order to a different secure address, for an administrative/shipping fee of €7.70. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details to prevent issues.
- If you are dissatisfied with the product and wish to request a return, we can offer a free new shipment or a refund of the store credit.
**CANCELLATIONS**
You can request a cancellation or modification of your order details within 30 minutes of placing your order. This policy is in place to avoid confusion or errors in our records. Please email support@aardingswellness.nl and include your order number if you have any questions or comments.
**DISCLAIMER ORDER VERIFICATION**
To ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience, we kindly ask that you carefully review your order before confirming payment. This includes checking the item details, quantities, and any special instructions. Please note that once your order is placed, we can only process changes within 30 minutes due to our streamlined processing. **REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE**
If a customer refuses to accept a package upon delivery or if a package is deemed "undeliverable" or "refused by the recipient" by the courier, a fee of €35.00 will be charged to the customer.
