Tracking Status Indicates Delivered, but I Haven’t Received My Order

While waiting for a customer service representative to get in touch, you can check if you have:

- Contacted other members of your household and immediate neighbours to see if anyone has safely set aside your package.
- Contacted the reception if you live in an apartment complex to see if they are holding your package. Some packages may not fit in your letterbox, so couriers often leave boxes at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
- Checked your letterbox: sometimes packages fit inside and are left there instead of being delivered to your door.

How Do I Return an Item?

If you wish to return or exchange your purchased item(s), please send them back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Refunds are offered on all priced items, and store credit is provided on a gift card for items purchased on sale.

Your return must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of the date your package was delivered. It is your responsibility to send the items back to the return address on the package.

When Will I Receive My Order?
